Two provider references (a provider is another practitioner you have seen before), including their contact info and a link to their website or ad.
If you do not have provider references, I’ll need an active LinkedIn profile, a selfie, and a picture of your ID (you can cover your address, but I need to see the name and photo).
I do not keep these on file. I need them to verify that you are who you say you are. Once I have established this, I will delete them.
I would also take a link to your business website. I must be able to find you on this site. I do not contact your work. Again, it’s just for identification.
Screening is for my safety, and the safety of my sanctuary. It is important to me that you understand this, and that you make an honest effort to show me that I can trust you.
If you are not willing to screen, please save us both some time, and refrain from contacting me.
My screening process is non-negotiable.
